Terms of sale and delivery: Delivery will be made immediately after receipt of the order. The invoice is simultaneously valid as order confirmation and notice of shipment. Unless otherwise stated, the prices for 0.75l bottles include glass, packaging and VAT ex Lorch or point of sale. Our wines are shipped in cartons of 3, 6, 12 or 18 bottles. Self-collectors in the winery receive from 12 bottles a pick-up allowance of 0.25 € / bottle. In the inland (Germany) the delivery takes place free house starting from an order value of 50, - €. Below that we charge freight costs of 8,00,- € in the inland (Germany). Invoices are payable within 10 days with 2% discount or within 30 days net. Payments are requested via Nassauische Sparkasse IBAN: DE03 5105 0015 0442 0001 15; BIC: NASSDE55XX. For first orders from customers unknown to us, we reserve the right to deliver by cash in advance if the value of goods exceeds € 250,-. The wines remain our property until full payment. Place of performance is Lorch, place of jurisdiction for both parties is Rüdesheim. With the publication of this list all previous ones lose their validity.
